Privacy notice

Data controller

The controller will be the legal owner identified in the Legal Notice. A dedicated privacy contact address will be published before registration is enabled.

Data collected

Account email, authentication data managed securely by the authentication provider, TradingView username, indicators granted to the account, access status, your "Notify me" preference, support communications and, once payments are enabled, the billing records required by law. PulseFlow will not store full card details.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Create and operate the account and provide the requested service: performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps.
  • Meet tax, accounting, consumer and security duties: legal obligation and legitimate interests where applicable.
  • Send optional marketing, including the "Notify me" email when prices are active, only with separate consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, for example by unticking "Notify me" in your account.

Providers and transfers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Supabase provides authentication and account data. Stripe is planned for payment processing, and TradingView for indicator access. Their final regions, contractual safeguards and international-transfer mechanisms will be documented before launch.

Retention

Account data will be kept while the account is active and afterwards only for the periods necessary to meet legal obligations or address claims. Optional marketing data will be kept until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Identity verification may be requested when necessary.

Cookies

Cookie and local-storage policy

The current website uses only technical storage required to remember the language chosen by the visitor. When accounts are enabled, authentication storage strictly necessary to keep a secure session will also be used. No advertising or behavioral-analysis cookies are currently active.

Consent rule

If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies are added, they will remain blocked until the visitor can accept or reject them with equally visible controls. This policy and a preference control will be updated before activation.

Browser controls

You can delete local data or cookies from your browser settings. Removing essential session data may sign you out or reset your language preference.

Pricing

Prices are not active because of TradingView's new rule, which takes effect on 1 November. Create your account and tick "Notify me": we will email you when they are.

TradingView access

PulseFlow indicators run on TradingView and need a compatible TradingView account. Access to the indicators is not available at the moment, because prices are not active. The customer is responsible for providing the correct TradingView username.

Withdrawal

Consumers retain the withdrawal rights provided by applicable law. Before immediate digital access begins, the checkout will collect any express request or acknowledgement required by law. The exact procedure and model form will be completed before sales launch.

Acceptable use

Access is personal and non-transferable. Republishing, reselling, sharing or attempting to extract protected indicator code is prohibited. Suspension will be proportionate and will not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Indicators are educational analysis tools, not investment advice or automatic trading signals. Trading can result in partial or total loss. Past behavior does not guarantee future results.
